The
First Tuesday each month we meet together for a time of food and fellowship at the Country Kitchen in Kensett at 8:30am.
MINISTRIES
- Valley Pacers – The Gym for Him is the location for this walking ministry to help keep you physically fit.
- DVD Ministry to Homebound – We record our church services on DVD each week and then we take these to our shut-ins and homebound members the following Monday morning. This is a vital ministry that anyone can participate in.
- River Oaks Service – The fourth Sunday each month we lead out in a service for those at River Oaks.
- Good Samaritan Center – Our month to provide workers is the month of March. We support this ministry both financially and physically. This center is manned by different churches and members throughout the year. It is open to serve the public on Tuesdays and Fridays from 1:00pm – 4:00pm.
- Banner Ministry – From time to time during one of our musicals we use banners to emphasize the theme or to draw attention to a particular scene. Most of the banners you see displayed and used in our church have all been made by the Senior Adults. If you like to sew, this would be a great ministry for you.
- College Scholarships – The JOY Group provides a scholarship for two graduating High School Seniors, one female and one male.
- Children’s Home – Funds raised also help support the Arkansas Baptist Children’s home in Monticello.
